Material Preparation

Germany MAIER two-stage chipper, planer, Canada KADANT long wood planer can prepare ultra-thin long shavings. It is the basis for the board to have density, uniform thickness, low density and high strength without deformation.

Heat center, Drying System

Thermal energy center provides controllable and stable hot oil and hot flue gas for press and drying, drying wet shavings to about 2%, which is conducive to the plasticity control of the subsequent production process.

Screening Preparation

After drying, the shavings are screened and air-selected by German DIEFFENBACHER tumbler sieve, Italian IMAL PAL dry shavings super sieve, and German DIEFFENBACHER air-selector, and then the different shavings are transported to different dry shavings silos through the air conveying pipeline for stocking respectively.  

Glue Mixing System

Adopting German DIEFFENBACHER super atomized drum type glue mixer and glue mixing system, the MDI (isocyanate) formaldehyde-free adhesive is fully dissolved with the shavings through the high-speed atomized nozzle.

Paving and Hot Pressing Process

There are five multi-functional paving heads, the surface layer and core layer use directional paving, the arrangement of shavings is in the shape of a cross, which increases the bearing capacity of the shavings interweaving, the structure of the embryo increases the elongation performance, which effectively improves the overall strength of the boards, and the main bending strength of the finished products is up to more than 20mpa, and the paving head of the fine surface layer adopts the method of airflow + diamond roller to pave, which improves the surface finish and smoothness of the boards.

German DIEFFENBACHER's latest generation of continuous flat pressing hot press CPS+, equipped with advanced flexible inlet system and cooling section, thickness control accuracy is less than 0.1mm. At the same time, it is equipped with Germany's newest GreCon on-line thickness detection system, bulge detection system, spark automatic detection and extinguishing system;

Plate processing and automatic storage system

After hot pressing, the raw boards are cut into semi-finished products by cross-cutting saws, and then enter into 6 cooling turning machines for natural cooling, and then stacked and stacked through the automatic stacking system of raw boards, and then transferred to the automated intermediate warehousing system by intelligent satellite trolleys to carry out health treatment.

High-precision Sanding and Cutting System

Introducing Swiss STEINEMANN sanding machine and Austrian Schelling intelligent sawing system. With ultra-high precision control system, the sanding precision can be controlled within 0.1mm, and the Austrian Schelling intelligent sawing system cuts the products into regular or shaped sizes on the market.

Unattended Automatic Sorting and Packing System

After the cut specification products, through the automatic visual inspection system, the products are automatically inspected for appearance, categorized and stacked, and the qualified products are automatically transferred to the two unattended automatic packing lines, where the robot arm carries out the automatic packing operation, and then transferred to the finished product warehouse for storage and sale.
